Job description, responsibilities and duties
> Ensure machine reliability with respect to technical availability, safety and quality within plant maintenance budgets.> Implement preventive and predictive maintenance processes which systematically avoid an occurrence of breakdown.
> Prepares yearly maintenance budget, maintains accurate forcasts, and insures their adherence.
> Directs and develops Maintenance team members, and ensures a succession plan for all key maintenance functions.
> Monitoring and reporting KPIs.
> Elimination of gaps in accordance with the Maintenance Strategy and improvement roadmaps.
